Catalina helps women who feel like they’re always starting over finally find a way of training that sticks - even in the middle of study, work and real life.

With personal experience navigating ADHD and anxiety, Catalina coaches with empathy and structure. Her approach is about progress without pressure, and routines that feel flexible, not forceful. She specialises in helping women build confidence in the gym, feel genuinely supported, and create consistency, even if motivation comes and goes.

Currently studying a double degree at university, she knows how demanding life can get - and how powerful it is to feel strong, steady and in control again.
